I wanted to briefly talk about Mental Health Awareness. May is Mental Health Awareness. So, what are you doing to support your mental health? What are you doing to incorporate self-care in your daily well-being? Mental health is an integral part of our overall well being, encompassing our emotional, psychological, and social aspects. It affects how we think, feel, and act, shaping our relationships, and daily experiences. What is self-care? It refers to the deliberate actions to promote and maintain one’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It involves prioritizing activities and behaviors that nourish and rejuvenate us, helping us to manage stress, prevent burnout, and maintain a healthy balance in our lives. This includes taking a break from social media.
